Creating Stress Free and Healing Aromatherapy Recipes

The next Aromatherapy recipe is going to be for a combination of essential oils and carrier oils that you can get from different suppliers. These blends will generally be ones that are sold in volume quantities and at retail prices. However, there are some companies out there that can create special blends just for your purposes. For this next aromatherapy recipe, I want to show you one that is created by mixing some Rosemary essential oil with some lemongrass oil and then using it as a wash for your hair. Of course there are other recipes that can be made with these oils, but I like to use them all the time and mix different ones together.

When looking through different aromatherapy recipes, you may notice that many of them can be made by blending certain essential oils. One of those essential oils that has gotten a lot of attention in the last few years has been lavender. This is because of its pleasant scents and also because it is very powerful when used topically. When you start looking through these various aromatherapy recipes, you will find that some are more complex than others. Some of them will call for several different essential oils and some will just need a simple blend of Rosemary, lemongrass and lavender.

One of the best things about creating aromatherapy recipes with these oils is that they are easy to find and inexpensive. For this next example, I am going to make a diffuser blend that is great for doing meditations and relaxation sessions in your home. In order to do the mix, you are going to need Rosemary, cinnamon, and cloves. You can also use ginger, nutmeg, anise, thyme, peppermint and other things depending on what aromatherapy techniques you plan on using. When looking through these recipes you will see that they all call for either a triple boiler stovetop or even a microwave.

After finding these aromatherapy recipes that work well for you, it is time to get ready for how to make them. These are going to require that you have a container to hold the oils and a clean glass bowl. Start by heating up the three oils and then stirring them in a clean bowl until they become smooth and even.

Now it is time to take the two oils and pour them into your glass containers. You can now add the various essential oils to the middle of the mixing bowl and cover it with a lid. Add some water to the bottom of the bowl and swirl this mixture around. This will create a base for all of your DIY aromatherapy recipes and give it the perfect aroma that you are looking for. You can continue this process for as many times as you wish until you reach your desired result.

The great thing about making your own aromatherapy recipes is that you can continue on from there to create stress reducing and healing rituals in your own home. Just imagine being able to get relief from your stress and be able to relax from your troubles when you come home from work. It can make such a difference in your life. So, if you want to find some stress reducing and focus recipes then make sure to try out creating them in your own home. You will be glad you did.
